Once you have applied, faxed or emailed a copy of your tax id, 

your wholesale account will be considered. 

Please note this may take 24 or 48 hours to determine your status. 

Once your account has been approved, you will be notified via email. 

Our opening order for new customers is $300, no minimum on reorders.
